1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 large garlic clove (crushed)
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Bake 375 degrees for 20 min. on a greased cookie sheet.
Then place meatballs in a pot of sauce and allow to simmer for 30 min.
